Strictly necessary storage
Rama uses authentication and security cookies and local storage needed to sign users in, maintain an authorized session, prevent abuse, preserve requested preferences, and operate customer-selected features. Blocking these controls can prevent the application from working.
Platform and security logs
Vercel and Rama server systems process request paths, timestamps, IP and device metadata, status codes, and diagnostic context to deliver and secure the service. These logs are not advertising trackers.
Sentry telemetry
The Rama application uses Sentry for errors, performance traces, and replay of sessions that encounter an error. Replay is configured to mask text and block media. Masking reduces content collection but does not remove route, device, timing, IP, or error context. Production browser traces are sampled and ordinary session replay is disabled; error-triggered replay may still occur.
Email open tracking
Marketing and announcement emails Rama sends may include a small tracking image that records that the message was opened, together with the time and the recipient it was sent to. Transactional email — receipts, invitations, invoices, password and sign-in links, and system notices — does not carry it. Blocking remote images in your mail client prevents it. Every marketing email also carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops both the message and the tracking.
Advertising
Rama does not currently use advertising cookies or pixels on ramaops.com or app.ramaops.com and does not use telemetry for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, the notice and any required preference control must be updated before activation.
Choices
You can control browser storage through browser settings, but strictly necessary storage cannot be disabled through a Rama marketing preference because the service would not operate securely. Contact us through the privacy request form about identifiable telemetry or an applicable privacy right.
