For Operators

How do I request access to Rama OS?+

Visit ramaops.com and fill out the early access form at the bottom of the page. We onboard a small number of operators at a time and will be in touch within a few business days.

What modules are included?+

Rama OS includes Service (reservations, host stand, events), Operations (tasks, scheduling, time clock), Inventory, Finance, and the Intelligence Layer. Modules activate based on your plan.

Is there a cost during early access?+

Early access is currently free. Paid plans will be introduced later with advance notice. You will not be charged without explicit confirmation.

How do I connect my point-of-sale system?+

Once onboarded, go to Settings → Integrations inside Rama OS. From there you can connect supported POS systems. Need help? Email help@ramaops.com.

How do I add team members to my account?+

Go to Settings → Users inside Rama OS. You can invite team members by email and assign roles (General Manager, Manager, Accountant, etc.).

What happens to my data if I stop using Rama OS?+

Your data belongs to you. You can request a full export at any time. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 90 days per our Privacy Policy.

For Loyalty Members

How do I earn points?+

Show your loyalty pass barcode at checkout when you visit. Points are added to your account automatically after your purchase is processed.

My pass is not showing the latest points balance.+

Wallet passes update automatically, but there can be a short delay. Try removing the pass from Apple Wallet and re-adding it using your original claim link.

How do I stop receiving text messages?+

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. This does not delete your loyalty account.

I got a new phone. How do I get my pass back?+

Your original claim link is still valid — open it on your new device to re-add the pass to Apple Wallet. If you no longer have the link, email help@ramaops.com with the phone number on your account.

How do I check my gift card balance?+

Visit the loyalty page for your merchant (the same link you used to sign up) and sign in. Your gift card balances appear there alongside your points.

How do I delete my loyalty account and data?+

Email help@ramaops.com with "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
